The entire team at Always Air is the best! Hal, Charles and Matt are highly skilled, professional, and very focused on customer satisfaction. You can count on them to do a great job all around. They are efficient, reliable and very trustworthy. And very pleasant to have in your house! I highly recommend them!

Hal came out on a 93 degree day when our air conditioner went out within a couple of hours and fixed it within an hour. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. We could not be happier. We would recommend him and Always Air to anyone with an air conditioning or heating problem.

Hal came out to diagnose my problem that the AC unit would not come on. I had indicated that to is his wife Sally on the call this morning. It took him less than 10 minutes to figure it out and another 15 to fix. He also added some Freon to the unit. It is going to be 90 today and with having to work from home with the new normal, I am happy to say that my house is very comfortable. He didn't try to up sell me anything. In this society we live in it is great to know that there are true honest business people that work hard. Sally and Hal are living proof that if you do a good job and charge a fair price that you can be successful. Thank you. Stay healthy.

Always Air and Hal are the best. I had a major boiler failure and they came out within an hour of calling to address the issue. Once it was determined that the boiler would need to be replaced, Hal got the existing one working well enough to get me through the night and then came back first thing the next morning, on a Saturday, to install the new unit. The next day; Sunday, I noticed that something still wasn't working quite right, so I reached out to Hal. He not only responded immediately, but was at my house shortly after to assist. He was able to alleviate the lingering issue and also ran through a multitude of other fine tuning to insure everything was working optimally. I would definitely recommend Hal and Always Air, they really are top notch!

Hal Lee got out to my house within a few hours of filing a claim for my broken AC. He was on time, polite, professional and able to repair my unit quickly. My 2 year old daughter and I both thank you very much!!!

Both times I have had Hal come and do service on my unit. He was very professional, helpful and worked hard to ensure that my questions were answered. He tried cost effective reasonable solutions first to help us out instead of charging us for unnecessary work. He is very knowledgeable and kind! I would highly recommend their services!

Of course my central AC decides it's time to die out right at the start of intense heat! I reached out to Always Air after having received excellent service in the past for my fall furnace clean and check. Fortunately they were able to send Hal Lee out early Saturday morning for emergency repair. Hal arrived within the estimated time window and quickly identified the problem. He was able to repair the issue within a short period of time and by mid-afternoon I was cool as a cucumber! I wasn't thrilled with the emergency charge that was added but am absolutely grateful that they were able to accommodate my service need and provide the cooling relief that was required. I would definitely recommend Always Air for the competent and efficient service that was provided by Hal!

During an intense cold spell we had difficulty getting anyone to come out to fix our heating system. Always Air came through for us, but not only did they schedule within the hour, but Hal provided us with exemplary professional service and assistance. He worked carefully and efficiently. Hal is the reason for the five stars I gave. He represents Always Air wonderfully!! And the best part is that our furnace works great!! Go with this company for quick appointments, great professional service and for good prices on heater maintenance.

Furnace was making a loud noise. Matt checked it out and replaced the part quickly. Also had a cleaning and checkup of the units and that was done efficiently. Would definitely recommend Always Air.

Called Always Air to schedule an AC tune-up. Great service. The serviceman, Hal, was here in two days and showed up timely, despite heavy morning rains. Hal was professional and provided the needed service for the AC unit. He checked and identified what needed to be done very quickly and had the air conditioning working at full capacity in less than an hour.
Hal also gave me helpful information on how best to utilize the AC for full efficiency. He did an outstanding job,

Hal Lee did a wonderful job on our AC last Friday! Really knew what he was doing and explained everything so I could understand it. Also answered question that a prior person could not. He sure Knows heating & Cooling.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Friday, and I thought we would be waiting until Monday for service. Luckily, Hal came out today - saturday- and fixed everything up. Often, people are cranky or rude on hot days, or just plain not friendly in general. Not Hal! Hal was clear about the issue, how much it would cost, and was super kind to my 2 little boys who kept asking him questions. Thanks, Hal!

Tech Hal Lee came out. I was expecting the worst but being the pro he is was able to repair and service our units. Was told by another company our furance heat exchanger was cracked and needed repair. WRONG, Hal checked the unit visually and using a carbon monoxide tester and said it was not cracked.

Today my air was not working properly, The heating and cooling company that has serviced my units for the past 15 years, told me they were booked out and,could not fit me into their schedule until the middle of next week...really, after 15 years of being a loyal customer.
Anyway, I called up Always Air this morning, and Matt was out by 3:30 today. He cleaned and serviced the unit.
Matt was polite, knowledgeable, and had great customer service.

Hal was incredibly personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me even when I had to keep asking the same questions over and over again, ha. He had many ideas to diagnose and didn't seem to question himself in what he was doing. I feel very confident and satisfied with our service.

Hal was amazing. Our heat went out on the Saturday of New Years Eve, and they were out within an hour. Had it fixed right away, and was a great guy. I would recommend Hal and Always Air to anyone. Thank you again.
